EARLY STAGE
People and newly forming organisations seeking to implement such schemes initially have few financial resources at their inception stage and so need openly given assistance to plan.

It is a tragedy that ideas proven by research wither on the vine from the lack of acumen on how to implement on the industrial scale needed to save the climate of the planet.

Once these start-ups have their initial seed funding and can support themselves then we will no longer help, they will need to obtain commercial advice
